Globe Ad Watch Calls Kerry Healey Out

Opening the newspapers this morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the Globe's new "Ad Watch." The first ad they examine is Kerry Healey's "Big Squeeze" in which her "solutions" to improving the quality of life in Massachusetts are simply recycled, failed Romney proposals.
Definitely worth checking out and an invaluable tool for voters who want truth from their candidates.

Healey's Second Ad- Still No Accomplishments

I just got a look at the second ad Kerry Healey is set to launch and I am amazed that there is still NO MENTION of a single accomplishment. I almost choked when the voice-over called her "a life-long leader." A life-long leader of what??? She was a part-time consultant in New York for years before she recently moved to Massachusetts. Her role as lieutenant governor is her FIRST full-time job. No reasonable person can believe that that alone qualifies her to be governor.
What will the average viewer take away from these ads? Whatever it is, it's not ideas, it's not accomplishments, and it's not confidence in Kerry Healey's ability to lead Massachusetts.

Billionaires for Healey Take Top Prize at Beverly Parade

Congrats to the residents of Beverly Farms whose "Billionaires for Healey" float took top prize in Tuesday's 4th of July parade. You can watch video of the parade float here.
It may seem silly, but these are her neighbors, for pete's sake! One would think they of all people should support Kerry Healey in her bid for the governorship. It's no secret that most people don't know who Healey is despite the fact that she has been in office for 3 1/2 years. But these people do know her. As they say in the video, Beverly can't be wrong twice.
